Facility Rentals

Available for your use:

  • Our lobby/reception area holds approximately 200 people for a cocktail style reception. There are onsite tables and chairs for Lobby seating up to 50 people, however, the Lobby can seat up to 100 if additional seating is arranged.

  • The lobby can be draped and cocktail tables/alternative seating can be rented from an outside source.

  • Podium with Media Station available.

  • The Sutter Fund Party Room seats up to 30 people.

  • Orest Korbutt Theatre seats 40 people.

  • Boardroom seats up to 25 people. 

  • Additional spaces available to accommodate all group sizes.

  • Dedicated on-site Personnel to help you with any and all questions/concerns.

  • Wheelchair accessible
